How much does AAEP Cost?
Registration Fee: $50 per school year.
Weekly Tuition: $99.99 for 1st student.
Family Discount: 20% for any additional students.
Single Class Rate: $30 per class.
Multi-Class Discount: 33% off when registering for 3 or more classes at a time.
Will AAEP be offered on District Early Release Days?
No, AAEP will not be offered on early release days, please coordinate in advance to make after care accommodations for these specific dates*.
*September 25th, October 30th, February 26th and April 2nd.
What are the program hours and dismissal?
AAEP Hours run from 4:15pm-6pm on days our program is open. Please pick up your child between 5:45pm-6pm for a smooth transition. Guardians will be verified by their family pick up password and profile image which is to be captured at registration. If an alternate guardian will be picking up your child please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
How can I make payments?
You can make payments at our Parent Portal via Credit/Debit Card or ACH Bank Account. You can also enroll in auto-pay in the Parent Portal.
What happens if my student needs to be absent?
If you have a planned absences please notify your AAEP instructor in advanced when picking up your child on a previous day. If a child needs to be absent the day off please call the school and send an email to AAEP so that we can process accordingly.
